Be noted here that following Fim Fresh's Help page will give you outdated information, and sometimes wrong information. The DivX player itself is a resource hog as well. You can set Custom Aspect ratios but that is about it for options. The playback controls are basic, and include pause, fast forward, rewind, and volume slider. However, I did experience some lag in fullscreen mode, and found myself returning to smaller modes for more steady playback. The video will download to the default media folder which can be switched in DivX player. The full file size for Benjamin Button was 1.67GB, due to its large runtime. I've played many divx movies on my computer previously (before I discovered SVCDs) without problem. It's not my sound card all my music and other movies play perfectly fine. I highly doubt that the person who ripped the file was careles enough not to include the audio, so there's something wrong with my computer I'm thinking. I tried using TMPGEnc right away, but it only detected the video srouce in the file and no audio source. I just finished downloading a divx but to my shock when I opened up the file, there was no sound! I tried playing it in Windows Media Player, Divx Player 2.0, and anything else I could think of, all with the same result! There's no sound! This also happened to me the last time I opened a divx movie.
